Wow. That's quite a way to kick-start the weekend. He's an old Tripwire guy, yeah? I think I met him at the holiday party on the Portland Spirit (of all places) several years ago and I think he lives right by us, if he's who I think he is. Will you keep us updated?
oh for pete's sake. of course, being in the Jesus club, I will pray for him. I am not sure what metta is as I have not clicked on the link.
oh, metta! I get it now. yes, Jesus says we need to do this, basically. I don't do the greatest job but have been working on it by doing loving-kindness meditations. thank you, Buddhists.
but yeah, will definitely get on this particular issue.
