Actually, these are for a cake walk at the Christmas Party at Erin's school today. Considering the snow and road closures, we may have to have a mini cake walk here. Mmmmm.... cupcakes.
Update: These cupcakes pack a serious ginger bite. 1/4c fresh grated ginger along with lots of dried spices makes them deliciously pungent.
