Here's a photo of our growing child in her Ft. Lauderdale track suit, apparently just back from power-walking in the mall with the rest of the ladies from her bridge group:

For Google, this is good for some reason.

So funny... I was just telling Andrew how Josie must be going through a growth spurt too. She'll be playing just fine and then all of a sudden start screaming for "more, more!" and running to the fridge. It's really quite startling!
Look at those girls being all social and stuff. Henry has a bit of the caveman in him. He points and grunts. And I am left to try and remember to say what each item is so he doesn't learn "this" as a name for everything in the house.
All that power walking is working up an appetite!
She is so stinkin cute, and I love little babes in track suits...I keep hoping Vaughn will get his Dad's red hair...nope, sigh.
This growth spurt may last a while. I feel like Alex has been eating nonstop for the past year.
You know my feelings on the sign for milk.
Those Bowles ladies sure sigh a lot. Must be a southern thing.
so cute!!!! squeeeeeeeeee
I can't believe it has been a year already!
Lu's granny just sent her a new velour track suit. Maybe they can go on a mall walk together?
