Can I test your meat?

Finally science that actually can impact lives. Wondering about how tasty that steak really will be?  Fear no more, the Meat Meter is here.

Some choice excerpts:
"...not all soft fat is good either..."
and
"...There's a lot going on in your mouth..."

I think I'll rely on my old fashioned analog meat flavor meter (mouth) thanks. Out of all steaks I've eaten, and that's a lot, I've may be 2 or 3 that were just plain bad. I've had 4-5 that were ascendant. Everything else falls somewhere in between.

I'm OK with that. Anyway, traditionally "well-marbled" beef tends to have more fat in it than I like anyway.

Now, if they come up with an accurate "Yeah this person/organization seems OK but will stab you in the back and dance while you bleed later" meter, I might be down for that. I don't have an accurate analog meter for that.
