Those of you who know Ms. A know she likes to bake. Especially during times of business and stress. Being without kitchen for nearly 2 months now has seriously put a cramp in her style, and the urge to bake became nearly overwhelming. Time to experiment...
...with chocolate chip cookies in the electric skillet...
... with disappointing yet delicious results. Ms. A sincerely hopes the kitchen is completed soon.

Sounds like you've been quite resourceful during this remodel! You should write a book about all the ways to cook/bake with no kitchen appliances.
And if the cookie results were delicious, even if disappointing, I don't think I'd classify that as a disaster. Edible cookies in any form are far from a disaster if you ask me.
Yeah, I'm with you, Amber. I mean, people buy "cookie dough ice cream", right? People (meaning me) love cookie dough.
come bake at our house!! We'd love to be part of the experiment and I don't like to bake. Or you could use an Easy-bake oven...
well, come and bake us something!
mmmm. pie.
Calls for more experimentation. Surely if you can roast a chicken or bake a pizza on the grill, you can make cookies too. Here's one recipe I found on the Weber Grill site. Happy baking.
