Pour into blender:
3/4 c ice
1/4 c half-and-half
1 banana
1-2 shots espresso
dash honey (optional)
dash nutmeg
Blend.
Top with whipped cream.
Enjoy.

Go here to subscribe to the blog using Brian's reader of choice, Google Reader. You'll need to create a free Google account if you don't already have one. Then you can add the Google Reader gadget to your Google homepage. This assumes, of course, that you'd like to help Google take over the world. For Microsoft, this was bad. For Google, this is good for some reason.

when do you put the booze in?
This is pretty close to the "new" recovery shake in this month's Runner's World... Espresso, banana, ice, ground chocolate and low fat greek yogurt! You guys are so ahead of the times!
