Then you can add the Google Reader gadget to your Google homepage. This assumes, of course, that you'd like to help Google take over the world. For Microsoft, this was bad. For Google, this is good for some reason.

(Am I the only one who sees that word and thinks of the SNL skit when the guy playing Sean Connery as a contestant on Jeopardy says, "Alex, I'll take The Rapist for --" ?)
